Worried.

Home, there's a place called home.
Where is it? If it does exist, then it's in our heart.

This 4th semester of mine in Inti is passing so fast.
It's October already.
For this semester, I go home quite frequently, like EVERY WEEK.

I am leaving soon, I want to go home more frequently.
To catch up with my family and friends.
To be precise, to spend more time with mom and dad.
Both of them are sick, and I don't know what can I do to make them feel better.
You will probably be shocked if you were to see their medicine box.

Dad has to eat different pills per day; morning-pill A&B, afternoon-pill C&D, night-pill E.
Mom has lost her appetite, everything is tasteless for her.
Everytime I go back, Mom will complain about her backache.
Dad seldom talk about his illness, but you can tell from his face.

They taught me not to give up, so I shouldn't.
Keep moving, don't stop.

I was hoping for something.
Hoping that you would take the chance.

Everything is too late now, isn't it?
Good memories will remain, the rotten parts will stay too.
Life is not a bed of roses, we have to taste the bitter with the sweet.

Here, without you.

Brain vs Heart

Brain?
Or heart?

Been battling with all the thoughts recently.
There's not a single second that I am not worrying about something.
Too stress? I guess so.

You know what?
Brain wins.

Path

Left or right?
Up or down?

Life is about making choices.
Perhaps, making a choice that wouldn't make you regret in the future.
And then, the opportunity cost of giving up another option.

University at Buffalo or University of Minnesota?
In term of ranking, there's no doubt that University of Minnesota holds a higher ranking than UMN.
HIGHER means one is #46 and another is #164.
Such a huge different right?

Maybe it's time to decide.
The path.

Just got back my result for csc's test 1, I did badly thou.
Gonna work harder for the assignments, tutorials and another test.
I will not entertain those negative thoughts, I will keep fighting!

Damn nervous cause I haven't got back my result for eco's mid-term.
That paper was tough.
I did study a lot for that, but still ended up screwing that mid-term.

Counting down xx

Ola!

Currently working on assignment.
It was assigned by the lecturer three weeks ago.
Being a queen of procrastination and a lazy student, I've just decided to start working on it.
Nah, it's gonna take sometime to finish the whole website thingy.

Some problems are bugging me right now and I don't know who should I talk to.
Oh well, I should skip the ranting part and continue doing my assignment now.

Let's all pray for a better tomorrow! :)

Hi everyone.
I'm back again, back for good.
After deferring for one semester, which is approximately three months (yea, I've been rotting at home for three months), I'm back in Inti again.
Finally moved to an air-conditioned room, I requested for a single room, but none of them are available.
Why should the new students get the priority and we, continuing students have to be in the waiting list?
I am not used to staying in a twin-sharing room. (I'm a loner, introvert or whatever.)
Ahh, I just decided (few minutes ago) to request for a new room tomorrow.
Pretty disappointed with the facilities provided in this block and the remote control for the air-cond is spoiled.
My roommate haven't moved in yet, and I'm pretty excited and worried at the same time.(what if she smokes or she brings her friends to sleep on my bed?)
Hopefully I'll get to change my room tomorrow!

Talking about my course, I only enrolled in two subjects this semester.
I still can't decide whether to add another subject.
Two subjects are too lil for me, I don't want to waste my time taking only two subjects for long semester.

Ciao people!

Thursday, March 7, 2013

Can't believe I abandoned my blog for like three months.

Let's talk about the beginning of another semester, which is the 3rd semester in Inti.
I've to admit that time really just flew by so quickly.
I'm going to the states real soon, trust me, nine months are just like tik...tok...tik...tok.....
This semester goes quite well so far *not to mention I have a pretty packed timetable for March
TOEFL, ASSIGNMENTS, MID-TERMS, CONCERT ........etc

Well, I've just decided to defer for one semester, one short semester.
Since I've completed most of the core subjects and I need 3 more credit hours to transfer.
And the officer, Miss.V advised us to come back in August.
Taking many aspects into consideration (rental, transportation), then I decided not to enroll for short semester.

Jeezzz, works are piling up.
Just got a very-special-task from the lecturer which is a TAKE-HOME-TEST (bet you guys never heard of it).
It is some sort of assignment but he named it that way so...who cares?
I have to assignments and presentations for psychology subjects which are going to due soon.
Haven't studies for my coming TOEFL exam.
And gotta memorize like 30 pages of not-so-interesting facts for music appreciation for the coming mid-term. Well, I never like drawing those scales, and now I am forced to complete some A minor and B minor thingy at the very beginning of every music lessons.
Instead of doing the assignment and presentation for MPW, we've chosen to go on a field trip to Parliament next Thursday (excited cause I never been to the place before).
Owhh, pre-calculus is getting tougher, and guess I gotta spend more time on it.

Was checking Air asia website and two-way-ticket to Bangkok only cost RM300+.
That is really CHEAP!
So now you know what is filling my mind now?
VACATION, VACATION AND VACATION.

That's all for today.
Hitting the sack in a while.
Good night peeps!
